Purchasing a package does not automatically reserve a time slot for the consultation. The purchaser must schedule an "Anamnesis session" or use the contact form to request a time slot for this session, mentioning the package. Both processes are simple to complete on the website.

The service can be provided in person at a physical location in Berlin, Kreuzberg, or virtually via the Zoom platform.

You can redeem the first adjustment session #1 within three months after the initial long consultation. You can redeem the second adjustment session #2 within three months after the latest adjustment session.
