It consists of a 90-minute Anamnesis session, a comprehensive holistic protocol addressing lifestyle routines, nutrition, and herbal recommendations, as well as a 20-minute follow-up to discuss the implementation of the protocol and address any questions. Purchasing a gift card does not automatically reserve a time slot for the consultation. The recipient of the gift must schedule an "Anamnesis session" or use the contact form to request a time slot for this session, mentioning the gift card. Both processes are simple to complete on the website.

The service can be provided in person at a physical location in Brussels, Belgium, or virtually via the Zoom platform.

The gift card must be used within six months of the purchase date.
